Every individual in this life is struggling with something. Nobody’s life is perfect, and it can never be. That’s just the way life is. We all come across hardships and challenges. But what is it that makes life so difficult? What makes it challenging and stressful? It’s a question that remains an enigma and cannot be answered precisely. Each person lives a unique life, and at the end of the day, all of us have different stories to tell, with different viewpoints on life.
We are all imperfect, flawed, and err in some way. So it’s pointless to change those things over which we do not have any control. Deteriorating health is something that goes beyond our control. One can only comply with the doctor’s advice and follow the necessary treatment, but the results aren’t really in anybody’s control. In such times, it’s always wise to develop a thought process that makes us feel at ease knowing all our imperfections.
Be Comfortable With Who You Are
A lot of people around us seem to have an inferiority complex. Such people are always trying to change the way they look, communicate, smile and act, so they could please others. This is harmful to our mental state. Know that the only person you need to please is yourself! Your inner peace, happiness, and positive attitude should never be compromised. Be happy with who you are and only change those things about yourself which will help you grow, but never do it to “fit in” with the so-called standards of society.
Find Happiness And Look For Positivity
Life will be hard. But it is up to you how you look at it. It’s said that happiness is found from within, not based on your surroundings. Learn to love, appreciate, and be grateful for all the things that you have. Take a trip down memory lane and see how far you’ve come already and how much you’ve evolved with time. This will give you hope and positivity for the future.
Stop Comparing Your Life With Others
Remember that everyone walks a different path in life. You may admire someone’s life, and it’s okay to fantasize about someone’s way of looking. But know where to draw the line. Do not envy others just by how they look from the outside. All of us are blessed differently. So focus on your life, your achievements, and your goals!
